Returns and refunds

My Blank Look is a trading name of AS Design (Cumbria) Limited. Everything we sell is a plain, undecorated garment, and we want you to be happy with it. This page explains your rights and how returns work.

Changed your mind?

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. That is longer than the 14 days the law gives you. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undecorated and in its original condition, with any tags and packaging.

To start a return, email orders@myblanklook.com with your order number and the items you are sending back. We will reply with the return address and a returns reference. Please do not post anything back until you have that reference, as it is how we match the parcel to your order.

For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage, and the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend a tracked service. We do not charge restocking fees.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?

Tell us at orders@myblanklook.com within 30 days of delivery and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return postage. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, and to a repair or replacement after that.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return, usually much sooner. If you cancel your whole order within 14 days of delivery, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. Card refunds can take 3 to 5 working days to show on your statement.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size or colour is to return the item for a refund and place a new order, so the new one is not held up waiting for the old one to arrive.

What cannot be returned

Garments that have been printed, embroidered, decorated, washed, worn or altered after delivery. Blank garments are otherwise all returnable under the terms above.
