Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are packed and sent by our UK fulfilment partner and come straight to you.

Charges

Standard delivery: £8.70, or free on orders over £100. There is one delivery charge per order, however many items you buy.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 5pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery normally takes 1 to 2 working days from dispatch. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and other offshore addresses can take a day or two longer.

Orders placed after 5pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking

You will get an email when your order is on its way. If it has not arrived within 5 working days of that email, tell us at orders@myblanklook.com and we will chase it.
